Suzanne is currently working on her debut, Unearthed Magic - a middle-grade work of contemporary fiction with dual POV's and elements of magical realism. She finds the learning curve to authorship both challenging and fun! Someday, she'd love to visit the Indie Penguin Bookshop in Sewickley, PA, (where she discovered Watership Down and the Nancy Drew series) and find copies of UM on the young reader shelves there.
Suzanne's writing life began in the corporate world of press releases, annual reports, and other media work. Later, with toddler-in-tow, she investigated, photographed, and wrote about all things school-related for a local paper.
She's a member of The Writers' Loft of Hudson, MA, and its middle-grade critique group, and the SCBWI. Suzanne and her husband, Ted, spend their time between Rhode Island - where they raised three adventurous daughters - and Maine, near Acadia National Park. When not playing with words, Suzanne enjoys tennis, gardening, travel, hiking, cycling, and spending precious time with her family and their elderly cat, Marco.
